I don't remember them (a little before my time), but I certainly know them. One of my best flea market finds was a $5 Callisto figure. Clean paint and no broken wires.
Last year there was a guy at work that had a complete mint set of MMM figures and vehicles in his cube at work. He even had custom cases built for them. It was awesome to see.

I've heard much about Major Matt Mason, but I'd never seen those toys before. Those look awesome. What scale are those?

They where half the size of my Barbies, so I'd say 5' to 6' in scale and made of rubber with wire bending joints.
I was a little pissed off that they never made a female Astronaut.

I had lots of MMM stuff when I was a kid. I still have Captain Lazer packed away somewhere.

I had everything except Cap Lazer, still have most of it including the space station AND the box it came in. It has suffered from being in the attic all those years.

So here is a question.
Matt Mason was by technical definition a bendie. Would you like to see a line of Major Matt Mason and/or Colorform Aliens as true plastic action figures?
Me? Yes.

Well...if that Tom Hanks MMM movie takes off there will be a good chance of you seeing a line like that.
