Wow...as fondly as i recall Blackstar and the memories of playing with mine as a kid...i do NOT recall him having a Cape

Was the cape included with all figure's (john blackstar) or just a special figure?

Nice!

I got a few pieces of him recently. My body part doesn't have a head, though... Does yours seem like it could easily pop off? I'm hoping it can, so I can just find a junked up body I can steal the head off of.

Thanks for the link, 10incher. I had forgotten the Trobbits' names and how many had been produced. I also think I'd never seen the Ice Castle out of package or most of the vehicles for that matter. The 1985 figures are pretty hard to find from what I remember. I really want a 4H updated Blackstar line now! :D

Just wanted to make a note - if anyone ever buys a Blackstar Ice Castle online and has to have it shipped to them, be aware it is as fragile as an eggshell! I've had 2 shipped to me over the years and both arrived broken (though the second one was repareable). This think needs to be packed like it was a lightbulb, its the most fragile toy I think I have ever come across.

Blackstar is such a cool line, I'd like to get into it one day. I had a few pieces as a kid such as Gargo, the Trobbit Poulo, and the green and pink Space Demons. Seems like I had the yellow one too, the one with the long arms and green shirt. Looking at this line now, I think figures like Neptul, Lava Loc and the White Knight are incredibly cool.

I used to have Klone, he was the only Blackstar figure I had. I loved the fact that you could transform him into a completely different character AND make him spark. Too cool!!
