I keep thinking these might be M P.A.C.T. figures, but there aren't too many pics on the reference page I found:

These figures are from the Kaïdo line from a company called Bikin. It seems it was a european version of the M.P.A.C.T. figures.

What an awesome site. I love those pictures of the various Joes, Corps, Bronze Bombers, and related figures gathered together. I'm a huge fan of the Corps and it is nice to see them featured so prominently.
