D'AWWWW!

Never know what I'm gonna come away with when I hit the Phoenix Collector's Marketplace. Today, these. I recall my sister having some of this line when we were kids. I probably wouldn't have bought them if I wasn't super curious if the horse is the same mold as the Pegasus from the Mattel Clash of the Titans line. It is!

the big score was the Muppets Backstage Playset... I got it for 20 bucks!! Anyone that knows anything about the Palisades Muppets line knows that's a steal!

YES! Completed my 1982 Gabriel ZORRO collection!

Well, "completed" as in "got all the figures". Don't have the horses, don't have guns and swords (or Gonzales' hat) but I'm not one to worry so much about that. They need some cleaning and paint touch-ups but WOW...talk about flashbacks...

Those are great figures, Mikey! Congrats. There was an auction for the two horses that ended today. Had my fingers crossed but it ended up going too high.

scar - wow! Nice score...I missed that playset as well...impressive! There was so much stuff buried on all the tables, I had to circle back multiple times, and I still missed great items...

Well, after a long struggle and changing fortunes (as well as selling my entire TMNT collection), I am back on my feet and back to collecting. I don't know if I really consider these VINTAGE, but they are mixed bag of older and new so...

My Beast Wars collection is the one part that I didn't sell, and recently I got a complete Optimus Primal at a local comic store.



I found Ja-Kal and Rath at a flea market.



And finally, taking the place of my TMNT collection, I am now collecting figures from Middle Earth! A local comic shop has these for cheap so I've been grabbing them when I can get up there. So far I've got Treebeard and Aragorn from the old Toy Biz line, and Thorin, Bilbo, Legolas and Gandalf from The Hobbit line.

Picked all this up at a yard sale not even a mile from where I live. I got all this and 2 big freezer bags full of Transformers accessories, GI Joe accessories, and a bunch of plastic army men, cowboys and indians, and other stuff I have no idea what it is. Best thing is, I only paid $12 for this stuff. I LOVE A GOOD YARD SALE!!!!!

Just got back from the local Salvation Army with a few finds. Two of which are original G1 Constructicons, Long Haul and Scrapper. The other is my first ever Masters of the Universe figure, Snake Face. All of them are in good enough physical shape, they were only 75 cents, and all of them are missing... Well, basically everything that isn't a limb .

Great new acquisitions everyone! Wish I could find garage sales and flea markets like these.
