I know it's Harry Potter chasing the flying key on his broom, but I don't know what it's from. Part of a playset, it's own diorama? I have no idea and would be extremely appreciative if someone knew what it was from and how much it was worth. All I can find on it anywhere is "Warner Bro's 2000":

I believe this was one of Mattel's earliest HP items. They made a few diorama pieces like this based on the artwork from the books before the movies had really gotten started.

Was it Mattel-- or was it Hallmark?-- the Hallmark stores used to put stuff like this out left and right when it first started..
