Wow. A $2.99 Whopper value meal deal?!?!
I totally forgot how cheap things used to be "when I was a kid" ...
Hell, I could even walk (because we didn't have cars back then) 20 miles (uphill both ways) to the local 5 & Dime and buy a nickel's worth of Candy with a penny and still get change back! And we liked it!
You kids have no idea how good you have it.

Despite the Star Trek shirt-- my biggest problem with this is the picture in the article since apparently he didnt collect all 4.
Although they tried to hide it (by putting the logo away from the camera) the 4th glass in the picture (with han solo)- is from the Star Wars series not ESB-- the 4th glass was actually Vader/Fett...
If you are going to mock nerdery at least do it right.

...as I posted over on Rebelscum about this article this morning : Quote: “I have collected all four,” Gruhey said. “I have Han, Luke, C-3P0, and Lando. There are no more to collect.” Quote: what makes each glass so desirable is its exciting, colorful depiction of a scene from the 1977 George Lucas sci-fi adventure classic Star Wars. FAIL. Peace, Chip

I can't believe the Onion didn't fact check. This is terrible. Now where will I get my news?

You say that like most media outlets fact check nowadays, remember all that matters is you saying it first, not that you are correct-- and remember opinons are now the new "facts", its all in how you present it.
