Nice Score Ken!!.... I figured i would follow in your footsteps and start posting on here in addition to Mike's forum.

To everyone else.. I'm Jon and I am a Super Powers collector as well. Like Ken, Joe and some others that I know post on here, I collect both the domestic and foreign Pieces, as well as whatever pre-production wise I can get my hands on. My main character focus is Wonder Woman. I also have a blog i recently started (kennersuperpowers.blotspot.com) if anyone is interested (I did an interview with Ken!). I really like the AFI super powers blog as well (they have done a good job for a number of years), and the AFI blog is partially responsible for my deep interest in the foreign SP lines.

I know it is kinda pointless to put pictures of my entire collection on here, but I have a couple recent finds that are interesting. These are Palitoy Super Powers figures from the UK. There might be a good overview somewhere of them at kennersuperpowers.com, or somewhere else, but in summary they were a limited distribution of Super Powers figures in the UK. Their cards are basically USA release cards, however there is a Palitoy sticker on the back of them. I wouldnt call them super duper rare, but not at all common either.

If I'm not mistaken there was only 7 figures released on Palitoy cards.

Ken- I think your right. I have heard of Superman, Aquaman, Batman, Robin, Joker, Flash and Green Lantern as the only Palitoy examples to surface.

The Australian carded figures seem to be just Canadian carded figures with the Australian sticker on the back. Is it the same way with the Palitoy cards? They seem to be American carded Kenner figures with the Palitoy sticker on the back. How hard are these to come by?

The Canadian/Australian and Kenner/Palitoy figures and cardbacks are the same, the sticker is the only difference.

They do pop up from time to time, but overall they are quit hard to find. If you're interested in some Palitoys I know a guy that has a few left, not sure which characters, but I can find out if they are being held for anyone or already sold, if your interested.

Jon, just today I have seen with my own eyes the exsistence of a Palitoy Penguin! That makes 8 now!!
