I've been trying to find out the name of an action figure line but can't find any clues.

They were tiny action figures like astronauts but not Starcom. They were actually maybe around half the size of Starcom and made of a softer plastic. They had the same articulation points as a Lego figure but they didn't have the exaggerated proportions. Because they were so small they didn't have the most detail and usually only molded using a single color with maybe an accent color for a couple of details. Also I can't remember if they were part of a vehicle toy line either.
