Not really mattel, they were Hamilton Gifts/Applause PRESENTS figures at 15 inches. The last one was created for the Batman movie exclusive for Jollibee Philippines. There are rumors of a Green Lantern and Batgirl too. Anyone know?

He's a local fastfood (Jollibee) premium released when the movie came out. BTW, moving this thread to "Vintage Varieties" since (1) these are not by Mattel and (2) that section seems more appropriate...

I THINK that the Flash, Batgirl and Green Lantern were from the Warner Brothers Studio stores.
Green Lantern and Flash were that sort of static "Super hero waiting for a bus" pose. Later Batgirl, anther Superman, Batman, Robin and ... if I remeber correctly Lobo were in more dynamic poses.
Also... the Applause Batman and Joker... are both very early work done by Tim Bruckner!!

There are some marvel ones as well, these figures fall into the "rare but don't sell for very much when they do show up" category The Cap is in the same style as the DC ones, there is a Spidey in that stiff straight up and down pose as well. VC9k

In the Philippines (dunno about the States) they were tagged with official Super Powers tags too. I HAD WW and Batman (both versions) but that was way back when. The GL and Batgirl in the second set of photos ARE WB but my hall members are saying that there are releases that come with the first set of photos.

Yes, these are the WB exclusives - and there's also a Batman Beyond figure to add to that list. I only have Batman (in fighting stance), Superman (also in fighting stance) and Batman Beyond. Gave up looking for the "waiting for a bus" versions of Bats and Supes - sellers are charging an arm and a leg for them. JuliusMarx wrote: Also... the Applause Batman and Joker... are both very early work done by Tim Bruckner!! Wow - interesting trivia. Thanks for the info.

Uh guys, that FLASH way up there can't possibly be a WB figure, there were'nt any WB stores way back then.

I was referring to your 2nd batch of photos (Batgirl and GL) - those were WB exclusives. The Flash is indeed part of the older Hamilton figures. Sorry if I caused any confusion.
