Can Diamond produce DC minimates? It bummed me out that this line ended before it really began.

I think if Diamond can do a boxed set here and there to continue to fill out team rosters that would be cool.

I can see Diamond wanting to do that but I think the thing that would really make the difference is if the Mattel deal will allow that. Lego's Batman deal might also tie-up any Bat-related characters, too.

DC Direct talked at comic con about the possibilitiy of the line continuing in a seried of boxed sets. Fingers crossed that that still happens because there are still some KEY characters missing in that line!

I seem to remember someone from DCD saying that early in the con, and then Brewer sorta shot it down a day or two later. Anyone else remember that?

I think that Brewer himself said it on a con panel. I'm sure that box sets were specifically mentioned at the DCD panel (I remember reading it in the reports). I do think that they backed off that when people asked them on the floor. Stupid DC Direct.

The #1 toyline that I wish was still going.. <sigh>

I was really hoping there would be at least one more wave. there was one other wave that was designed and mocked up that was never released. Had a few key characters we still needed, but not all of them.

Are you at liberty to divulge who they were? And I thought it was two waves, 16 in all that were designed. I didn't realize they were mocked up! Argh!!!!
