He's really great. He also fits in pretty well with Marvel Legends, assuming that you accept that he should be a head taller then everyone else.

I saw him today, along with the Hulk. Thor came out much better than I expected. He looks better in person than in the proto shots. If he is still available after my funds recover from the recent ML & DCUC onslaught, I may pick him up.

Any comparison pics with FO Hulk. I can live with him being a head taller than Cap and IM but he better not be the same size as Hulk. I don't think I want that supersized MS Hulk either.

Sorry, no pics, but I just stood 'em side by side and... you won't be happy, they're the same height. I agree with you that the FO Hulk is probably the definitive Hulk figure (assuming you think that! :D ) and I wouldn't want to replace him with that big MS one either.
