Julius, from what I can tell, you are there after a single week of Toy Shopping.

Zing! :P

Yeah, my collection is mostly that right now as well. Storage bins on top of storage bins. In the process of trying to reorganize the bookshelves first (all 15 of them, all overflowing), and then the toys will follow.

I actually found 3 more bins in the storage room with the Christmas stuff.

I just bought all the material for the display case. Will be starting on Saturday.

Since I already have an entire room for my video game collection I had to think of a way to display all my figures in a tight area so this is what I came up with. I guess its not that epic but it does hold majority of my collection right now. I designed it to look like a toy section at a store. I need longer rods since the shelf is almost full already, No room for new stuff!!! :P I plan to add sliding glass door in front and some lights and possibly some paint. But for now its good enough for me. The plan is to rotate the figures in front even so often to keep it fresh.

What an excellent idea for limited space. Thinking about how to create something like this...

Thanks Dave. It took a lot of planning since I built it into a specific place in my basement. Overall I'm happy with it.

if you show any of the neighbor kids that display they are going to think its a store and want to buy something. :)

Every single time someone sees this display they ask "what is this ? Do you have a store or something?"

I get very confused every time, "no it's just all my figures"...."don't touch"
