its from the old dr who movie when the dr is a grandad and they get taken to daleks planet and help the green guys or its the movie when they on earth cant remember.
you pull it back and it trundles along and push it down and it says 1 of 25 to 30 dalek sayings from the film it was a collectors item think it was like 358th of 2000 or something but the packaing was very flimsy and got damaged.

says on bottom product enterprise ltd canal + uk. i think canal is like a tv company or something who had rights to the old dalek movies.

phrases it says
take the prisoners to the spaceship move move!.
release the explosive device.
when the earths magnetics core is extracted blah blah we can occupy it.
you will be exterminated.
all daleks proceed to control point destroy all resistance.
explosion will be at 50 rels.
we are under attack all daleks obey emergency emergency.
intercept escaping humans river area.
this is your final warning leave your hiding places.
and others but a lot is hard to make out.

Oh I know it's a movie Dalek... Peter Cushing as the Doctor... blah blah blah...

Product Enterprises... cool... they make a lot of movie stuff I just never seen anything like that before... I don't own it... and believe me when it comes to Doctor Who... that's not common.

only place i could find the chrome dalek for sale was on amazon for £40 pounds
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Chrome-microtal ... B000RHSIXC
according to someones review on the page its limited edition of 4,000.

also theres one i found on ebay for £30 and the picture shows the original packing but my packaging burst due to it being a crappy bag.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DR-DALEK-Silv ... 0570747036

theres actually a picture i found on a dr who toy collectors site of my silver dalek and a red one also around middle of the page
http://doctorwhotoys.net/1990s.htm

PRODUCT ENTERPRISE Background:

In 1987 a UK based company PRODUCT ENTERPRISE (A forerunner to CHARACTER OPTIONS) gained a licence (Prior to the 2005 re-launch of the new DOCTOR WHO) to create a high quality range of detailed toys ranging from Daleks to Cybermen. Unfortunately it is unsure after the success of the new TV Series licence being awarded to Character Options, that this may well have led to the demise of Product Enterprise with the now defunct company closing in 2007/2008. It leave's behind a legacy of high-end value collectables with numerous quality "Limited Editions" as well.

I really liked these when they came out. I was working in retail at the time so I had both of the first two waves and then the Daredevil movie and Spider-Man 2099 releases which were KB releases. God I miss that over priced store...

I never did have this one though. He was wave 2 or 3, seeing your pictures regret never having owned this one.

If I remember my history correctly these did give birth to Marvel Legends, it wasn't long before that very wave of figures hit shelves. Hulk, Toad, Red Skull and Captain America were the first wave or something...
