His entire profile disappeared about a week ago. Considering he's one of the significant contributors to the site (with blogs, etc.), I'm a little concerned.

Is he okay? Will he be back?

Not posting any more is one thing, but to delete a profile seems much more . . . permanent.

Chip is stepping away from all things online for a bit for personal reasons. His blog will remain intact and he's welcome back anytime he chooses to return to online life.

He's a good friend to many of us here and we are still in touch.

We wish him the best and hopes he finds what he's looking for.
