Anyone know if the DCU Crime Syndicate is still available at retail or is it only on ebay now?

It's still out there. Saw one on Saturday at a Walmart

They are still out there but in my experience they are becoming harder to find.

I suspect we might see a brief window of restocks as we roll into holiday resets, but after that it'll probably be eBay only.

Also, if you aren't a "package" collector, I found a set on eBay that I won, shipped, for just under $55. That was a much more palatable price for me and I now have the Sydicate (flesh-necked Ultraman and all) waging havoc on my display shelves.

I'll agree, they are definitely out there. I found a set for a friend of mine in Australia and I liked it so much I bought one too The hard part is finding one that all of the figures have nice paint app's. Johnny Quick and Ultraman seem to be the worst offenders in the one's I saw in my area. I also agree with BNJ, there will be a brief window during the holidays and they'll be gone. For whatever reason my gut tells me these won't hit the clearance aisle in abundance. Unless, of course Wally delays getting these restocked in the store. I personally think this would have been a nice display with the DCU-Young Justice-Batman Legacy endcap a few months back.

My Wal-Mart I think had three last week.

My WM did a reset and our action figure selection sucks like an open chest wound.

Think I'll go up to Tulsa this weekend and see if I can find a set!
