I am developing an Action Figure Database for collectors. Right now the Beta version requires a Macintosh computer and runs inside the Bento Database environment. I am looking for collectors to try the database and offer suggestions on how to improve the basic design before moving to a more platform independent wrapper.
Requirements: • Need to be using or have access to a Macintosh computer with Intel processor and OS 10.5.8 or above and 1GB of RAM • Need to have or be willing to download the free demo of Bento Database software.
What you get out of this: • A first view of my Action Figure Database for collectors despot application. • Database entries on almost 5000 individual action figures. • A chance to help design the first generation of a new product
What I get out of this: • The opinions of other collectors in how the look and feel of the database is coming. •Additional info about manufactures and figures that I have not yet collected.
If you participate I will send you the database template and the information file. I will also provide the information file in a format compatible with Apple's Numbers and Microsoft Excel for use outside of the database if you ask.
Please contact me if you are interested in participating.

tekwych, I'm curious if you're still working on your action figure database. I just launched Mint Condition Collection as an action figure database with about 55,000 action figures and statues. I'd be happy to talk with you about it.
