So getting down to the nit-n-gritty parts:

Goddess Piper

Sota Series 1 Piper - Used the whole figure and guest what?? inter-changable hands. Maintain all points of articulation. The bottom dress is from LOTR Ewoyn figure...god I hope I spelled that right... Anyway I painted the figure white, left arm I did a white washout, sculpted and painted the Velcro below the chest.

Goddess Phoebe

Sota Series 1 Phoebe - Used the whole figure. Sculpted the new hair, recoated with new white paint and added the painted on sash.

They look great, especially Piper. Great job!

No the base is from Sota Series 1 - Charmed Figures. I only made the custom figures.
