Looks better in Timm-style than he does on LOSH! Well done. Dig those glowing green eyes.

Just killer, Pierre. You should be the one making the Mattel JLU/DCAU protos for ToyFair. Show them how it's done.
Peace,
Chip

Thanks a bunch guys!
Vader - I'm still working through possibilities for the next giveaway, but I don't think it'll be this Supes unfortunately.
Julius - Thank you sir! The "S" is actually cut vinyl worked over with Magic Sculpt to blend it into the figure. The vinyl gives me sharp edges and is mroe precise to work with.

Fantastically done Airmax. That thing needs to be mass produced, because Mattel couldn't do it any better. Well done.

Thanks again guys!
Another JLU custom - this one pretty obscure I think? Hardware is from the same Milestone (DC) universe that Static came from back in the early 90s. I've always wished that the Milestone universe got a little more play in the Static Shock cartoon... that would have been cool. In any case, here's the custom:
I've also just gotten back into 4in customs - this is where I started years ago when I was a kid and used to swap parts between my old Joe figures. Sculpting in this scale is... let's just say it was a learning experience ;0)
Storm Shadow (from the Devil's Due solo book):
Cobra De Aco (released only in Brazil back in the 80s in the "Commandos In Action" line):
Thanks for looking! For more info and pictures (including WiP and Turnaround gifs), please check out www.airmaxanimated.com

Beautifully done as always Airmax. Love the detailing on Hardware. And I'm right there with you - I always wished the Milestone universe had gotten more coverage on the Static Shock cartoon. Would have been BEYOND awesome if they could have featured Hardware & Icon.
And your GI Joes are aweseome - don't think I've seen you do any in that scale and they turned out great.
