Thought I would drop a note about something I've been working on and finally finished up this week. I finally nailed down the final details on my latest custom Harvey Bullock. Now comes the fun part, casting it so it can be made into more Harvey Bullocks so that other people can enjoy this as well.

Stew set up a little poll for people to chime in and see who might be interested in obtaining a copy of this custom as a kit available in his store. Thanks for having a look and I hope to bring this and many more scratch built sculpts to the public in the near future cause I know I'm not the only JLU/BTAS fan who would love to see characters like Bullock come to life in action figure form so I'm trying to do something about it with Stews help.

I need some more info before I vote in the poll. How much? Scale? Articulation?

Scale wise he is just about an 1/8th inch shorter than a regular JLU large sized male figure. Here's a pic to give you a better idea. This was taken right before final touch up on the sculpt.


Articulation is shoulders and neck only but more likely the head will be attached so it wont move. I made it so that it doesn't really turn as I hadn't planned on this being a play piece.

Price, I'm not sure right now cause Stew is currently casting it and gonna come up with the price from that amount of resin and what not that it takes to make the figure.

I would imagine it to be around $45 but don't quote me on that, it was just a figure that Stew and I batted around but he makes the final call on that as per materials costs.

This looks fantastic! Are these going to be available in Stew's store later on or was this a temporary thing? I haven't tried painting any of the head casts i ordered yet so i'm not sure if i'm ready to order and paint an entire figure.

From the discussions I've had with Stew he's still working on the mold trying to get the kinks out. These two were a test run he did so that I could have a couple to get out to the public but they needed some pretty significant clean up work cause of aforementioned kinks.

He will be making it available at some point just not sure when honestly cause hes had some other items come up into the mix that are taking priority at the moment so a release date is still up in the air.

Did Stew ever make castings of his Perry White? Bit of a random question, but there you go...

Two things. If you can afford Climax sorry Geek's Harvey, get it. It's really fantastic.

Second, to answer your question DB, it's not Stew's Perry White. That was a joint project between Glassman & Casimir that featured not JUST Perry White, but Dan Turpin and Maggie Sawyer as well. And all three of them are fandamntastic.
