I love the sculpt on the DCUC CnC bane, but hate the size of the figure. Bane is human and so should not be that tall. So, wanting a decent version of him that would be only about a foot taller than Batman, and that used the Mattel Mongul figure buck as a base to keep it uniform with the rest of the line, I decided to work this up.
It's been something I've been doing in fits and starts and will hopefully get finished sooner rather than later but here is a preview to get things going....
I'm going to use the lower arms from the DCSH Bane, cut off at the mid forearm and attach them to the Darkseid forearms. Also, I got the CnC head shrunk down and cast and will be using that to make it a little more in scale.
What do you guys think?
If this works I'll probably do a similar mod using the DCSH Darkseid body for Lead, and get his head cast and shrunk down too. The one shown at SDCC is just way too big for my liking.
