Just thought I'd let everybody know...

I was considering ordering a couple of shirts through Graphitti's page...

I went through the entire checkout process up to the part where I was about to enter my cc number...I'm always careful about this sort of thing...

There was no "lock" at the bottom of the browser.

Checked the encryption info...Graphitti's page is not encrypted AT ALL, even the page where you ACTUALLY ENTER YOUR CC INFO.

Needless to say I'm CALLING them to place my order (which I think is a major PITA)...

Just thought I'd pass on the word in light of the nonsense that so many that visit this page have been through with CSC...

I know it doesn't look like it at first, but Graphitti Designs' site is using a secure protocol with encryption. The reason you don't see a lock or an "s" in the URL is that the site design uses frames. Go back to the checkout page, get all the way to where you enter your card information, and right-click on the white background. You'll see the "https://secure.graphittidesigns.com" at the beginning of the URL. Here's the connection info: "TLS 1.0, RC4 with 128 bit encryption (High); RSA with 1024 bit exchange". If you're feeling uncomfortable, your browser should be giving you the option to display non-secure items along with the secure ones. Just answer "no" to that.

I've lost count of how many times I've ordered online directly from Graphitti Designs. Seriously, I must have over twenty of their shirts. While they're a manufacturer first, and not always up to date with what they actually have in stock, I've never had a problem with an order, other than getting an e-mail from Gayle about a sold out product. Been ordering from them for about six years now, and they definitely get Caped Crusader's Seal Of Approval.

Alternately, you might be able to order these through your local comic shop. I know my LCS offers this service.

I admit, I usually buy my shirts at the conventions I go to. I'm there. The shirts are there. I'm in the buying "zone". And I buy.

At NYCC, they sold out of most styles of the new Lantern Corps shirts twice I think I heard. And Dan Didio did a quick change of these during the DC panel on Friday - see recent DC comics on the last page.

Thanks for the info! I tried right clicking in the frame and I didn't get anything, I'll have to do it over.

THANKS GUYS!

Edit...Okay, I placed my order, if I get ripped off it's on YOU CC!!

Yeah, man. Don't mention it.

Unfortunately, mine don't. I think one of the smaller shops in the area has a couple of shirts, but the closest one with even a decent selection is about thirty minutes up the interstate. When I say decent, I mean maybe ten shirts. There was a vendor who would set up two large t-shirt booths at HeroesCon every year, but they haven't been there for the last two conventions. I usually just order straight from Graphitti Designs, but YouBuyNow is solid, too. They don't usually have the best prices on action figures, but I've had only pleasant experiences ordering apparel from them. I think they own SuperHeroStuff.com, too, and they're very good about keeping their inventory updated.

I've got a bunch of Graphitti shirts from the B:TAS and S:TAS days but I got all of them through my LCS. The place doesn't keep any inventory on shirts but I always made sure to check Previews each month and ask them to order whatever I wanted that way plus most places *never* order enoght plus size shirts...

I'm actually wearing one of their shirts today (the one with Red Tornado, Dr. Fate, Green Arrow, J'onn, and Ronnie Raymond). :D They've had an animated-style Justice League shirt listed as "coming soon" for a while now. I have to get one of those once it's available.

To clarify, one can order them from my LCS. They currently have maybe a dozen shirts in the store, but I can order any GD shirt via Previews thru them.

Gotcha. Mine might do that, too, but I can just order it online myself for all that.
