Is the marvel Legends Deadpool or the Marvel Select one?

Makes me wonder if I picked up the 10 inch Toy Biz version way back. Those were great. Giant figures for about 10$ each, less on sale.

I do believe it is the MS version VS. I would think the ML version would be closer in scale than it. Plus, it has those ball joint hips that some folks complain about.
