From my perspective-- I just refuse to pay full price anymore-- either in a 1.00 or quarter bin before I read-- and you would be surprised how much stuff ends up there-- if the comics industry were to fold (just like Hasbros star wars figure line)-- honestly it wouldnt bother me--there is enough out there for me to finish collecting what I need.

I would seriously counter that people downloading the free stuff do not also have a physical copy. If you're getting it for free, there's little reason to pay for it.

Well I go off the customers who come in my place... And we pretty much know most of the scanners on the larger sites. A lot of us have these copies to save further damage to our books.

I would be shocked if even 25% of the piracy people actually buy the books. Theft is theft. Period.

Enoughs enough. We need to get the Monitors to erase it all and go back to the original earth 1 and multiverse like it used to be waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back when. I mean i didnt mind the JLI, JLE, or JLA but i think DC is loosing its focus on the Heroes. Supermans costume for pete sakes is awful. DC is not going to get that many new readers with computers, Iphones, playstations and whatever else digital or computer oriented is coming. Nobody but us die hard fans are reading these books still. So lets have a CRISIS to All the CRISIS'S and put this DC universe back like it was. I WANT MY OLD JUSTICE SOCIETY!!!!!!!!!

The new 52 has saved me lot of money.

I will pick this up. Johns has done a great job with Aquaman and Green Lantern, and I think he can do the same here with this lineup. Interested to see how Catwoman and Katana fit in.
