That's also a good suggestion. I hope we get a stand similar to the one I saw at SDCC with the 12" Matty one. It had the Superman movie logo on the base. Worst case we don't get one - I'll buy the Matty stand by itself for the HT fig.

No pics have come up yet...but I'm thinking in December we should see prototypes. For us in the US, I would probably expect at the earliest, a March or April release.

Pre-orders won't be out until Hot toys makes the official release announcement with pictures. I can't wait either. Just got done watching the Donner Superman 2.... I love that movie.

We should be seeing/hearing something about this figure in the next 24 or so hours. Can't wait to see what they come up with for this figure. I'm also excited for the new Indiana Jones DX coming out as well.

There was no news at all. Really disappointing. I have a feeling there are design issues with the figure. Either likeness or costume. I'm sure they want to get this as perfect as possible, so they aren't releasing images too soon. Still, kinda sucks that there isn't any info yet.

As I'm in the UK, does anyone know where best for me to order this when it goes on sale? I know BBTS get some Hot Toys stuff in, but is there a way of ordering direct from Hot Toys rather than waiting and going through a secondary dealer? This is the first Hot Toys figure I'm committed to buying and don't want to miss out as I'm sure this will sell out in no time.
