There's a lot of buzz on the web regarding the appearance of the Star Wars toys at our table so just to clarify - these are samples only and are not licensed (as stated on the Three A twitter) these samples are not for sale (so don't ask!) and were made by ThreeA for Takara.

Ashley Wood and Master Kim (ThreeA) are hereby proud to announce that we will be producing both Microman and Halo toys for 2012. Stay tuned for more updates soon.

The coolest thing though is Ash's utter confidence that these WILL get made. ThreeA isn't actually pursuing the license from what I could tell. They're trying to work with Takara who has a Star Wars license for Asia. He said they've spent $30k on prototypes, and with that kind of money invested they are of course determined to get these made. And then he further reassured me that he knows all kinds of people and hasn't burnt any bridges so once again, these WILL get made. His words not mine.
