The last time I was at SDCC was in 2005; I can't go this year but I can share with you guys some insight into the wild time I did have during the last trip to San Diego. I thought this might help pass the time until this year's show starts, and give you first-timers a taste of what to expect.

Thanks for posting this. It's a very informative read since this will be my first Comic-Con. My friend and I should be at the convention center no later than 2 on Wednesday and I was wondering what type of crowd to expect by then. We'll find out in 7 days
