I've seen the Mattel offerings (most recently previewed at a comics store in So Cal and phots on the front page ), but what does Hasbro have planned? No Marvel items? No DC hero items beyond the tiny Titans and Death?

Any DC items would either come from Mattel (which we've already seen) or from DC Direct/DC Collectibles. Mattel won't be producing anything else DC, but we haven't seen or heard any announcements from DC Direct/Collectibles.
Historically, they announce their item much closer to the actual con date, so I'm not surprised we don't know what it will be yet.
Hasbro's items have been discussed in some of the threads in the Hasbro forum but there may still be one or two exclusives from them that haven't been announced yet.

The Marvel and Star Wars stuff is still up in the air, but the GIJOE and Transformers stuff has been announced.

Go to awesometoyblog.com for the up to date 2012 SDCC exclusive list. They update it whenever something gets announced.
