Here's a link to the whole article;

http://www.galactichunter.com/absoluten ... 9&zoneid=2

The article also covers some early Hasbro and Gentle Giant info, but it's the SideShow info that really stands out;

"Sideshow Collectibles is showing off their upcoming Scum & Villainy 12" series, featuring Bib Fortuna (4th Quarter of '06 - $55); Princess Leia - Boushh Disguise ($60, 1st Quarter of 2007), and a 12" scale Jabba The Hutt ($120, 1st Quarter 2008). Extra Jabba The Hutt accessories will be sold separately including a Salacious Crumb/Creatures pack featuring the monkeylizard himself, Bubo the frog-dog, and some froggy snacks for Jabba ($30, 1st Quarter 2007). A Jabba The Hutt Throne Environment set ($199, release TBD) is also on display, featuring the slug gangster's pipe, bowl, throne, and other accessories."

It's possible that the 2008 Jabba date is a typo since everything else is coming early next year.

I'll probably pass on Bib (never my fav secondary character), and maybe on Boushh Leia (I'd rather wait for something more classic), but I'm all i for Jabba and the Salacious Crumb accessory pack! Maybe even the display if I can afford it at the time... I just think those three items would look great together, and even better with Slave Leia added to them!

I don't pay too much attention to Star Wars anymore(zzzz..wha?)but I have seen some of Sideshows stuff.

It looks great but it's just been Jedis so far(see above zzzz)

I've always liked the Boushh costume though and Bib.

That Jabba sounds cool as well, not $400 cool mind you.

I'm curious to see the Jabba, too. Tempting, but out of my range!

Pictures are now up of the Sideshow stuff at GH.

I may have to change my mind about that Leia, she looks good.

I think I need to figure out a way to buy the Jabba set. It's amazing.

Yeah I'm a bit upset that they're listing the throne as "Domestic Exclusive" which means I'll probably have to find another way to get it here in the UK.

I should be happy as the postage will kill me, but the set up won't be complete without the throne. Need the throne, Jabba, Salacious and a Slave Leia and it'd be the perfect scene (add Bib for background if I have the cash, but that's doubtful if I get Jabba).

A Sideshow "Domestic Exclusive" does not mean "exclusive to the US." It means that inside the US, the only place you can buy it is from Sideshow. There are a number of Sideshow domestic exclusives that are available from regular sources overseas.
