My SD-based friend Patrick Mercado (aka Carthut) is a volunteer at the SDCC. He was kind enough to share some of his photos with us - so we don't have to click over to another toy site to view them :-)

Thanks for the great pics! I can't wait to see some new Batman figures for the DCSH line today or tomorrow.

Imageshack is full of pop-ups. Use a better host next time.

I just got one of those Windows notices that my computer must be restarted for the changes to take effect.
So something was installed in some sort of script.

Thanks a lot.

Use Firefox, it prevents pop-ups.
I use Firefox and I have no problems.

And you are very welcome, new guy.

Wow...he tries to do something nice for us and you trash him for using a common image hosting service? Classy.

If you don't have something preventing this stuff, whether it be Norton, Adaware, Google toolbar, or Firefox, you shouldn't be using the internet at all if you're worried about viruses.

If you know Imageshack has popups, it's your own fault for clicking on the link, knowing where it was going.

Uncle. You got me. I was discourteous, but it was the moment. Misdirected frustration, if you will.

Apologies to the poster and Julius for stinking up his joint a bit.
I know all the folks around here are mostly just trying to share info and goodwill; I've been reading a while, I just don't say much.

I do have Spysweeper, Norton, AdAware, and Spybot. I use Firefox for most of my browsing, and that's why I didn't know Imageshack is full of pop-ups.

Hijack This found an international dialer script, so I hope that's all there was.

Thread drift done. Back to the toys.
