Is the Barbara Gordon Batgirl still coming single carded or is she now 2-Pack only and Cassandra Cain the only single carded Batgirl?

We know the following are for 2007:
Batgirl (Cassandra Cain) (and maybe single carded Barbara Gordon)
Catwoman
Joker (repaint)
Two-Face
Supergirl (Kara Zor-El)
Steel
Parasite
Mongul
Which waves are they going to be in? It would seem like a Batman and a Superman wave, but there's no Batman or Superman variants, so unless we're getting 5 figures per wave it would seem like these will be spead across a few waves.

Any news on future Batman and Superman variants?

The Superman and Supergirl variants that are said to be coming with Series 4, what are they? I've heard "Dark" versions but what does that mean?

Will there be Chase figures in Series 3 and beyond? If so who/what are they?
