With all the JLU and DCUC talk, I thought I'd throw out a The Batman thread. While the show has been really a hit or miss type of show, I really dig Matsuda's art style and love the figures. I for one thought this line was pretty much dead except endless batman/robin repaints. The new Justice league figures have really perked up my interest lately (kinda overshadowing my JLU interests). Anyway, which characters would you like to see most in this line? Easily my number one pick is Sinestro. Miguel Ferrer did a great job voice acting on Ring Toss.

Gotta agree with Matt - I am more giddy about this line than I am with JLU stuff right now. I don't care much for the show, but I love the figures. A few of the characters I'm hoping for:
- Nightwing
- Commissioner Gordon
- Alfred

I'll stick with this small list for now. Anything beyond what's already made is pure bonus.

Then, Luthor, Sinestro, Mirror Master, Vertigo, Black Mask...whomever; I just really want to see a Harley figure get made for this line.

Green Arrow and Harley are at the top of my list, but I'll happily take Luthor, Metallo or any of the other villains that haven't been made yet... I mean I bought Gear Head and Temblor, why wouldn't I buy really GOOD villains?...

now you see this is what I like......redesigns as far as the VILLIANS go.

I will say some of Matsudas redesigns didnt do it for me at all-being such a Joker fan I never took to JMs version of him.... and a few others BUT some of his redesigns are good.

Mirror Master falls into this bracket and if he was exactly the same as the regular MM I wouldnt get him-but I will now

what season did The Batman start branching out to include other characters outside the batman family? I have the first 3 seasons in the "yet-to-be-watched" pile and was planning on picking up the recently released 4th season. Just wondering if I should start watching now or wait until the season with all these characters in it is released.

The show started improving dramatically in Season 3 (for me, when Jim Gordon was added to the cast.)

Robin & Harley Quinn were added in Season 4, and at the end of that season (last season) was a two-parter introducing Martian Manhunter, and at the very end of the last episode, introduced the Justice League.

Since then, in Season 5, Superman, Green Arrow, Flash and Green Lantern have appeared on the show (along with their respective villains), and Hawkman is due in one of the remaining eps; the end of this season will be a Justice League two-parter. (Originally Aquaman was said to be appearing this season, but it appears that report was in error.)
