The top five hardest for me to find/rarest were:
Hal Jordan
Volcana 3 pack
Grodd 6 pack
Obsidian 3 pack
Single Pack Mirror Master (probably 'cause he's new)

I get them all online.....the ones i had the hardest time getting were the packs with
Sand
Obsidian
Barda
Deadshot.
it also took me awhile to get an acceptable price for Blue Devil online

I had them all up until before Mr. Miracle came out before I sold them all, rarest I say is Volcana 3pk, only ever saw 2 at retail, I understand the sudden interest for battle suit Lex, but when that 2pk came out they warmed the pegs at TRU forever, they even had 2 versions of Lex, light skin and dark skin!

No actually there was a light skin/dark skin Battle Armor Lex. Besides those weren't that rare They were being sold at big lots for a while not that long ago, maybe a few years.

I only need Fire/Ice and Mirror Master's single to be all caught up. Here's the stuff I hardly ever see...
1...Green Lantern Hal Jordan(obviously never been seen by me)
2...any new 10" JLU, including Hourman(not once have I seen them)
3...Mirror Master(too new to be seen yet?)SCRATCH THAT...found one!
4...Fire/Ice(too new?)
5...Mr Miracle pack(only saw this three times?)
6...Vigilante(only ever saw it once on the orange card. Spotted twice on purple)

Rarest JLU for me:(and not counting the recent Fire and Ice pack)
Stargirl/Parasite pack- only found these at a small toy shop near me for a little more than retail- needless to say I got it, cause I like Stargirl.
Volcana pack- the only three pack I never saw anywhere, ever.
Grodd/Red Hood six pack- thankfully I have a deal worked out with this one, but I never saw it at Target.
Lava Doomsday pack- saw it once- couldn't afford it that day- never saw it again.
Vigilante orange single- never saw this one at retail either.
Orion orange single- ditto.

Of the items that made it to production (and not counting Hal Jordan), I'd say the following two deluxe items are the hardest to find. These were never released in the US; I got mine in a trade with a fellow in South America.

huh .. come think of it , i remember seeing these on the back of the JL cards but never acutally seen them in stores, so that explains it.
