Does anyone agree that two-packs would be a good place for "upgraded" figures that have already been released in the DCSH line?
I.e.- larger Doomsday, classic Two Face, non-crappy Joker?

I was thinking of something Similar to this, but I would have renamed them either "The Brave and the Bold" or "The World's Finest" for a Superman/Batman two pack. Some slight changes I would have done though would be
Green Lantern (Stewart) and The Flash
Black Canary and Green Arrow
Mr. Miracle and Big Barda
Robin and Superboy
Supergirl and Batgirl
Wonder Woman and Wondergirl
mako wrote: You neglected the most obvious 2-pack theme, Famous Team-Ups.
Batman & Superman
Green Lantern & Green Arrow
Superman & The Flash (packaged in racing poses, natch)
Oracle and Black Canary
Luthor & Brainiac
Superman & Wonder Woman

I would love if Mattel/Four Horsemen would make the following two packs:
Superman (classic w/ improved sculpt and shorter cape) and Classic Supergirl
Flash (Wally West) and Captain Cold
Green Arrow and Black Canary
Lex Luthor (JLU o Super Friends version) and Braniac (Classic Super Friends version)

I actually think Superman and Batman in the same pack is a BAD idea marketing wise. Why?
You know folks are willing to buy Supes and Bats. They will pay for each one. Putting them in the same package just makes it oo easy to buy the main guys and walk away from the line forever. Supes and Bats should NEVER be put in the same package to force repeat sales.
Why sell one product when you can sell two?

Agree with Superfriend. Who gonna buy a Batman-Supes 2-pack after buying each one ? It's a very BAD idea !
So I really prefer, for example, a Batman-Civilian Bruce Wayne 2-pack ( as the Supes-Clark Kent 2-pack ) , and more civilian characters ( Alfred, Gordon, Lois Lane... )

I almost voted for all of the above.
There are a lot of good points to some of the listings.
I went with the Past & Present 2-packs.
I like Legacy characters and would like to see those first.

I voted for the Hero & Civilian 2pk, this would free the singles wave from figures that Mattel might consider hard to sell (ie. Civilians/People in suits)
then again, with the C&C figures that won't be much of an issue...
i knew i should've voted for All of the above.

I went for all the above, but clearly some has a better chance of getting made. We'd probably never see a horseman Lois for example.

I'm guessing not, since there's roughly 120 spots left over the next 4 1/2 years of the DC contract and those will fill up quickly with costumed characters. But I could be wrong.
