I am really excited for the new justice league action cartoon. I was wondering if anyone heard any news on a possible toyline coming soon or maybe even being shown at comic con? I really hope mattel supports the hell out of this show. Mattel totally didnt support beware the batman with a toyline but this is a must in my view. A great way to hype up the justice league film as well. If some of you agree with me what scale would you guys like these in? Me personally i would like them to be 5 inch so i can continue from the past animated figures. Hope to hear other thoughts on this. So happy Conroy is back as batman!

I would rather have Mattel support Young Justice Season 3 and another round of action figures.

The new Justice League cartoon with 11 minutes episodes... I don't think that the art style would make for good action figures. The feet would be tiny and weak ankles would make for figures that can't stand well.

From the designs i have seen they dont look like such a far departure from the old timm style. I would think they would translate well to figures. As far as the 11 minute runtime. I think it will be fine. I see this being a really fun show. Hopefully my gut feeling is right :D

I could see Mattel going back to the JLU sculpts for this and just using new packaging. The molds and character selection depth are already there. Just repackage, remarket and done.

6.99 for a single figure with accessories
9.99 for a 2pack and no accessories
done.

I would support this too. Is there any news on the 3rd season actually being created? The big thing I remember about the show ending was a lack of consumer purchasing of licensed product, however the only licensed product I ever saw prior to the cancellation was the overpriced poorly made Mattel action figure line and the single DVDs with 4 episodes each. I never even saw school supplies or party supplies.

I read that a good portion of the shows money came from the license deal with Mattel. When the toy line failed, the money for the show stopped.

There was a mention that if YJ's reruns did extremely well on Netflix that perhaps they'd pick up the show for another season to two. Haven't heard anything about it recently.

Young Justice is dead. Weisman is just trying to stir up hope among his gullible fans to bilk them from extra money. It's never going to happen.

Even if Young Justice came back, the toy sales wouldn't be a factor. Netflix has a very different business model than cable.

At this point I think it's just because we really still don't know that much about Justice League Action. Part of me wants figures like Total Heroes or DC Super Hero Girls and part wants something more akin to Action League but larger and based on the actual model sheets and not stylized like AL was. I want to see more from WB before I really decide what I want out of it. Thing is that most of the big retailers want viewer numbers before carrying tv based lines these days which means it may be a year before we see anything if at all...

Wow i would think that wb would want the toy line out to promote the series? I remember the toys for the batman were out a month before the show aired and brave and the bold the toys were out a month after the series aired. Wonder whats changed? A year wait would be a wasted opportunity imo

SOOOOOOO TRUE !!!!! If YJ could get a third season because of Netflix then JLU would be coming back first ,its one of NEtflix most watched shows !

Considering the demographic, I wonder if Imaginext might be the place for this.

Keep binge-watching on Netflix!

At least, that's what former showrunner Greg Weisman says fans should do.
