What? You're kidding. That has to be the fastest "premiered in San Diego, found on shelves" ever. And probably not the best time either. These will probably sell well at first, disappear, then sit when they are restocked, until they are clearanced and I buy one. That's my plan anyway.

But, yes, it's crazy! I actually had the Spider-Man & Friends Set in my hands and walked around TRU for a bit before I put it back; MU is the lowest on my mass market collecting totem pole and I just couldn't justify the purchase that day, not with all the SDCC 2009 exclusives I have purchased (including MU stuff ).

Usually stuff hits late August, early September, but it's really started early this year. Maybe the earlier resets are 'to blame.'

Gimme Gimme. Too bad it does not come with at least a batarang if not Two faces tommy gun. Come on Mattel I am giving you over 50$ for a repaint two face whom I have, a repaint catwoman (looks lame but dont have her) and a Batman I should have got with me two pack. The other two are ebay omney for me for me.

The paperwork says that we're getting one case of three tonight. Price is listed at $54.88. It says that it's for the toy reset which makes me think that it's going to be a regular item through the holidays. Our toy reset is still in progress but there is a space big enough on the bottom shelf but no label to know what it's for... With it being labeled for the reset they may not go out right away... UPC is 27084-68325 for anyone who wants to try asking the staff (I know,... I know,... I work there, trust me, I know...).
