I have to leave for work in 30 minutes and so at this rate, it's not looking as if I'll be able to order before then.

I forgot about MOTU. You're probably right. I think I'm going to wait a bit untill the site calms down, so that I'm sure there aren't any problems with my order.

Well, not sure how it is for anyone else, but managed to get mine ordered. Guess I was frustrated for nothing lol.

Today was the first day I went to Matty.com to order something.
Can someone explain to me why in this day and age I cannot use PayPal to buy these?

I do have the same question, superfriend, they should really add PayPal as option.
I ordered my set today. But will have to be patient, because I choose the stndard international shipping option, as in previous ocasions, and this will take 3 weeks to get to Spain.

It was an option originally, but it was removed later. They explained it a while back, something about the payment process not being instant and holding up orders.

I can see Paypal doing both of those, but it also allows using already established credit sources to pay without putting credit info into yet another place on the net.

My credit card information has been stored with Matty since day one, so i just have to enter the CVV2 when I place an order. If you're concerned with using your credit card on the site, I'd recommend looking into whether or not your bank offers single-use numbers for online shopping or even a prepaid VISA.

I actually am. Last time I used a credit card on line, I got signed up for and billed for some services I did not ask for or expect. Pain to undo and still not convinced its undone.

I use a separate but linked prepaid card for online and for conventions. I can go to my banks website and move funds to that card with 1 step but if there are not enough funds for the transaction then the card is declined. It helps me control those impulse buys in the middle of the con floor

Same here. I used my Paypal credit card to pay today and had zero problems. I haven't gotten an email yet, but I'm not overly concerned. My Paypal shows it's gone through and my order confirmation sheet is printed out.

Takes a while for the confirmation mail to arrive. I bought the figures before going to bed and the mail cam in this morning (Central European Time)
