Just saw pic of the Flashpoint wave over at Fwoosh. I hadn't realized the Flash was made with clear plastic. Kinda gives off the impression he is running so fast you can see through him. I just thought that was a neat touch for a repack character.

I was really, REALLY hoping to have these by Christmas but Fangirl said what? April?! I hope that's retail speak for January :P

That's a great-looking Flash. And look at the belt on him! He's in Wally's costume :-)

I saw the Martian Manhunter/Deadman and Batman/Bronze Tiger sets at TRU today. I have to admit, they look pretty good. But they are too expensive to buy in NYC. I might get them at TRU.com, however.

You must have gotten there just after me. I saw one Arkillo/Sinestro set and bought it :)

How do the figures look? It's hard to tell online. The Deadman figure looked way cooler in the store than it did online.

Sinestro looked exactly like you'd expect. Arkillo looks good, especially when you put him with Low.

Yeah, I love seeing the three yellow lanterns together. Makes me wish they would get more lanterns out.

I got the three packs I wanted today and they are the best yet in the revamped line. The paint was perfect and they look really cool. I passed on Bronze Tiger.

That's a shame.

Bronze Tiger is very well done, upscaled to fit the new line, and a founding member of the Suicide Squad to pair up with the Captain Boomerang figure.

Go back and get him now.

I just have no connection with Bronze Tiger. I didn't even know who he was until his DCUC figure and my reading of the latest Secret Six series.

I'm doing my best to limit myself with this line so that means no branching out for characters like him. Plus I do not need another Batman.

The Arkillo/Sinestro pack might be the best one yet though. Those two look fantastic.

I'm disappointed with wave 5 though. The only two I want there are Cyborg and Cold.

WOW for Shazam....boo for the other two.

Hopefully Black Adam is the other half of the Shazam pack.
