I went to my local Meijer today for the heck of it (they never seem to get anything new). I was looking at the DCUC figs, which were packed out with wave 6. I was surprised, because they had seven full pegs, one of which was at the top right. When I looked, I was shocked to find Commander Steel and then Vigilante behind him!

That was all I could find on the peg, so I asked a gentleman there if they had any more in the back. I figured with wave 6 crowding the pegs, there was a good chance they would have more of wave 8. I told him I would take one of anything they had back there. A few minutes later, he came out with Classic Dr. Fate, Green Parademon and Mr. Terrific.

Now I just need Hawkgirl, Gentleman Ghost, Red Parademon and Modern Dr. Fate!

Thanks for the report. I think this may be the first sighting of these at retail. Very nice haul to get 1/2 of them all at once.

My Target had Hawkgirl, both colors of Parademons and classic Dr. Fate this past Saturday.

My Meijer doesn't seem to carry DCUC anymore.....Not since Wave 1! Has yours always had DCUC or just recently gotten them in.

They have always had them. I've seen most of each wave there except for five and seven. Their stocking practices are very inconsistent, but I did find the elusive short-hair Aquaman there.

Which Meijer?

I was lucky enough to find a few of this series at Toys R Us in my area. They had Commander Steel, Mr. Terrific, and Vigilante. They're all very cool. I really like how Vigilante has crosshairs and Commander Steel has stars shaped into the plastic bubble of the packaging. However, I'm opening them anyhow.

Still looking for classic Dr. Fate, Hawkgirl, Gentleman Ghost, both Parademons. Hopefully I'll get lucky and find the others.

My friend saw them at Walmart down here in Houston. I'll have to go see what's left tomorrow but I've had my set for months now.

Last time I went to Meijer near my place they were plagued with Red and Blue Superman! But that was 2 months ago.

Maybe I should give them a call...

I ran across Gentleman Ghost at a WalMart this weekend.... totally wasn't expecting to find wave 8, but there he was. This prompted a trip to a couple more WalMarts nearby. I came across a lone Hawkgirl at one of them. Pegs were still fairly full of wave 6 & 7 so i felt lucky to have come across these 2.

I found mine last thursday at ToysRUs in Dublin.
They had:
2 - Vigilantes (I picked up one of them)
2 - Commander Steels
2 - Mr. Terrific's
1 - Red Parademon (I bought him)
And that was it.
