do you think you could do a forarm swap of a wal mart exclusive 2 pack dcuc robin (in right colors for his original costume) with an older dcsh or simply batman robin to get rid of the fins?

i dont think it would work, i dont have the figures in front of me but imagine the forarm break is in a different place?
i know the type of hands are quite different, but depending on the type of joint and where excatly it is...is this doable?
if not i have to shave off the fans and sand and repaint, which is fine BUT
the other robin had little things on his gloves if i'm not mistaken, little rectangle shaped grooves or what not
would be nice to have those on my dcuc robin in right colors...but oh well

yes but the gloves wont have the detail of the dcsh robin with little pouch like things (too small for pouches, just decoration i guess)

yes but it had a forarm join just like dcuc robin has below the elbow joint, i'm thinking swapping there? i'd hate to buy a pair and not be able to =)

and i might be wrong about dcsh having a forarm joint

Can't be done very easily. On the DCSH Robin, the joint is at the top of the glove. On the DCUC figure, it's right above the hand (below the fins). Cutting or sanding would be your best option.
