Nicely done. This seems to be the real standout of the wave.
I'll never understand why people complain about too much articulation. Legends spoiled me too much. Glad to see BB take a strong step closer to ML.
Hopefully most of the future waves will have increased articulation.

I disagree there Shellhead. Most of the ML figures I've seen had so much articulation that it looked like nothing but joints everywhere and over time they couldn't even stand anymore.

I agree. Marvel Legends was a mess. I'm much happier with DCUC. They could probably refine a few places but that's probably the extent of what I'd want.

I think this Blue Beetle looks cool, but I'm not a fan of adding in articulation to the line overall. My first priority is always the look/sculpt/design of the fig, and articulation is probably even third after paint apps. DCUC has a really awesome mix--adding articulation in scares me, if it means that DCUC would look more like ToyBiz Marvel Legends.

While I generally agree with you, the added articulation to Blue Beetle is extremely well done and "blends" in nicely with the figure. In fact, it is so nice, I really wish that this extra articulation would have been added to Green Arrow's elbows. I know it would've stood out in comparison, but the benefits to posing would've paid that debt. Maybe when they get around to a Longbow Hunter era variant ...
