JLU three pack exclusives will NOT be at SDCC??

According to Matty Forum SDCC is not one of the stops for the three packs... Is this correct??

I just don't understand the decisions being made regarding this line.It just continues to baffle me.Why not have the 3 packs at the biggest con of the year?

As much as I hate to say it, JLU is old news now. The line is canceled. Young Justice is taking it's place at retail (as per TG words) and they don't want old stock at the biggest toy convention in America. They have a new line to push and they have the first figure in that line to sell. It's all about the new hotness.

Perhaps what they are trying to say is the stock will be split evenly between the 4 shows, but SDCC will have a different size allotment, likely bigger?

If they don't sell well at the first con, they'll be at SDCC, Mattel will use every venue to sell the things they can. At prior cons they had the 4 packs from online. LOL

One thing's for sure, this will be the ultimate test of the "loud but not numerous" hypothesis. If there are a lot of packs left over for SDCC and the website, it'll pretty much prove there aren't a lot of JLU fans left.

Of course, most of them are on this board. :lol:

They have to have them at SDCC. To not make them available at the world's biggest Comic Con would be utterly ridiculous. But then again, when you look at Matty's past decisions........ :roll:

Maybe I'm misinterpreting what they are saying but these four conventions are in addition to SDCC. So maybe they were planning on having these at SDCC and that they added these four conventions to sell them at?

I'm going to Wonder Con on Friday. I hope they sell them all three days. That way I get a chance on Friday to get them. Your right Grtwhite if Toyguru just makes a statement with some clarification on the matter it would extinguish some of the members fears. And if they just said we will have some on Matty after the cons that would be the best news.
