Wow, that Toys R US construct set looks amazing :

Even though the articulation is totally lackluster, I'm starting to get a tiny bit pumped for the 4 inch scale. They at least look great all together.

Man, that's a lot of new stuff they're showing at Wondercon. Guardian packs, Construct sets, vehicles, Only at Kmart Parachuting Hal Jordan. So much green stuff coming in a month.

Does anyone think the Guardians will fit in with JLU?

These Guardians look a little big next to the 3.75 inch figures. They would fit better (scale) next to JLU.

Lots of GL movie pics from toynewsi.com:

I do not believe that they gave Kilowog a 5 oclock shadow!

Well, I know that after I watched that footage a few times this morning I feel MUCH better about the movie. Even the humor at the beginning there was more subdued.

All the alien GLs in motion look amazing...can't wait to see the battle footage!

Peace,

Chip

Took some screen caps for you guys...I'm loving the aliens! No idea what the hell that "face in the cloud" thing is supposed to be at the end, though. :)

I was assuming that's Parallax.

There's a robot in the crowd that looks a lot like Stel (he's in between Hal and Tomar Re) , and not the weird toy version that's been previously shown.

Some parts look really good (like the Oa sections). Other parts . . . not so much.

Still, I'll probably shell out some money to see it. Something I wasn't planning to do when I saw the first trailer.

Probably is Stel. They've said that the movie design was changed after the toy was too far along to change. Hopefully the line will sell well enough that Mattel can get a "corrected" version out there without having to wait for a sequel.

I would have guessed Galactus.

I thought Hal Jordan was Parallax.

*sigh* I hate modern comics.
