Tried following folks advice and calling and came up and striking out. I had one great person, but they didn't have the figures. I'm definitely starting to think these are only being carried in the larger K-Mart's. I have no idea how to distinguish them from regular KM's though. I think I'll just make this a weekly trek.

We have 4 Kmart stores left in the area and they are all very different stores in very different parts of town catering to very different demographics and they have all had the pegs for the figures.

I know of at least 2 stores that have already had them in and I missed seeing them on the pegs.

Kmart doesn't have enough stores left to be selective about which ones get exclusives and which ones don't. Be patient, you'll see them soon (ish, I'd think. But I could be wrong. Hopefully not. )

I have called every Kmart within and 2 hours driving and they all say that they haven't got them in, don't have spots for them, and the only Batman toys they have are the Total Armor! This is going to suck. If anyone can get extras hit me up

Hit all 4 Kmarts in the Tulsa area today and none of them had Batman w/ Batmite even though they had already finished their resets this week.

Ugh. Why the hell did Mattel make him a store exclusive? And for Kmart of all places?! Normally when a retail chain gets an exclusive, it's because they placed a larger-than-normal order of a toy line. I see no evidence of this at Kmart stores. In fact it's quite the opposite. So once again... why did Kmart get this highly demanded figure as an exclusive?! It should have gone to TRU, Target, or Walmart instead. No wait -- scratch that -- it shouldn't have been an exclusive PERIOD. The rest of the line goes to mass retail, as well as online e-tailers. So why make this one particular figure so damn hard to get?

The prices on eBay for that Batman are ridiculous. Giving K-Mart an exclusive is so stupid. The majority of their stores closed down.

yeah thats pretty bad, its funny that we cant get a DC sub to go through for $15 a figure, yet people will pay $30 for batman with batmite and people are complaining about the CSA pack being $75, yet Ive seen people paying $100+ for the set on ebay, $30+ just for owlman

Now see, that pisses me of. These better not be the same people complaining about the sub.

I was considering buying both on eBay today but I'm still hoping someone can help me with the Batmite Batman and it's still a little early for the Crime Syndicate pack.

For those finding Wave 2 at K-Mart, where exactly are they? I've been to three K-Marts in my state, and two of them have recently reset, and there are no shelf tags whatsoever for them. All they've got is DCUC and Brave and the Bold.

They're in the action figure aisle. If there are no shelf tags, I'd assume they don't have them yet. My Kmart had the bare shelf tags for about 4 or 5 days, and then started putting wave 2 out a case at a time.

In the one store I found them in, they were in the action figure aisle, as alcinde4 said, but they were next to the DCU and GLC figures at the end of the aisle. Someone locally found them way up north an hour or so from the border, but he said the lone Batgirl had a crappy paint app Not sure if these are meant for the holiday resets or what for the rest of the stores or what? Seems weird that only select K-Marts seem to be carrying it.

Headed down from Dayton to Cincinnati yesterday, and on the way home I stopped at a Kmart. Lo and behold, they had all of wave 2. I picked up a Batgirl and Batman w/Bat-Mite, and left one each of Batgirl, Batman, and Catman. If I'd known these weren't hitting widely, I would've picked up Bats and Catman for folks on the boards.

The Kmart nearest to me had pegs for these this weekend, but none of the figures. They must have sold through them, I suppose. I'll keep an eye out for them, though, to see if I can help out some of you folks who aren't seeing these.
