This is going to be my early Birthday present :mrgreen:

My biggest fear is quality across all items in the set. I'll take warped limbs (fixable) to bad paint apps, if I have to suffer quality anywhere. In package poses should help with the warped limbs issue.

And to add my take on the previous Matty.com DCUC 2-Packs...

Color of Fear : Good set overall. I probably could have left it as I am not a big GL Mythos fan, but it was a solid set enhanced by the GLC series.

Starfire/Adam Strange : Potential ruined by final product. Adam Strange is great! Starfire is not and is high on my list for a redo, preferably in classic duds.

Justice in the Jungle : Why????... do I like this set so much?

Both B'wana Beast and Animal Man (who would look nice next to Adam Strange and a GOOD Starfire) are in the front row of my alt DC shelf. Just a fun set!

Luthor/Ultraman : Biggest Matty.com purchase regret. Too goofy for me and neither figure is actively displayed at the moment. I don't foresee them returning anytime soon, especially with the line continuing.

How tall are these? In his hands, they look about the same size as Marvel Universe figures, much smaller than DCUC, so comparing them pricewise to DCUC is a bit unfair IMO. 15.00 apeice for Marvel Universe or single JLU would be outlandish, just saying. (if I'm wrong about the size, I retract my sentiments)

They're DCUC figures, approximately 6" - 6.5" (most of the males are built off of the Sinestro/clone Superboy body, Brainiac 5 is built off of Captain Cold and about 9" for Colossal Boy as he uses Atom Smasher/Apache Chief parts)

I picked up the CS 5-pack today for $75 and it hurt. This 12 pack is really gonna hurt. But I think it will be an Xmas present, so I won't feel so badly about it. Santa will foot the bill!

Now that AFI has a preview set of the Legion, could we see some pictures of the Matty LOSH mixed with the DC Direct LOSH? I wonder how they look together.

Well, I was shocked. I honestly thought that at the price point they would sit around and gather dust in the warehouse. In fact, I was hoping that would be the case so I could save up the money to buy it later... Color me sad.
