If you guys are THIS worried about a crappy figure, just go to TRU and hide one behind some diapers or something and then you can pick it up with your game.

No need for me! I found said 'crappy' figure last night and picked up the last one . Which is great because I am not ready to buy the game (or even sure I will at all; I still have the first game shrink wrapped), but I wanted the figure.

I wonder if you took the figure and receipt back on Tuesday and showed TRU the ad, if you could get a refund on the figure of you buy the game? I wouldn't doubt it.

The second e-mail from then did not answer my one question and shows how clueless Toys R Us really is.

Also Speaking of Game Skins "I picked up the Blu Ray GL Extended version movie at Target Tuesday and it came with a code for a Sinestro Corps Batman Skin. Does anyone know who has the Nightwing skin and which stores have which Batman skins?

There's no Nightwing skin. The Nightwing pack will be released November 1st. As far as Batman skins, I've only heard of TRU and their classic look. All of the other revealed skins were never announced for America but will probably be DLC.

Thanks I thought I read both Nightwing & Robin were also preorder releases first before coming packs on Nov 1st & Nov 22nd. Robin with Best Buy, but not sure were Nightwing was.

Maybe he is somewhere but the only news I heard for America is that he'll be DLC on the 1st. Robin is with Best Buy or will be DLC on the 22nd of November I believe and Catwoman is DLC with the game. If you buy it used, you will not get Catwoman for free.

Here's the breakdown of in-game (not physical) retailer bonuses for the US, these should be packaged inside the game, with the possible exception of GameStop:

I went out this afternoon to have a look at this figure. As a Batman and AA fan I have to say, MEH!! Don't get me wrong it is a nice figure, but I think I'll wait until Matty does a regular 70's Batman. For those looking for it, it was over in the DCU section, next to the 2 packs. Plus, as someone else pointed out, it is online at TRU.com. I'll eventually pick up the Batman/Two-Face 2 pack, but this one just wasn't for me(sadly).

Being an employee at TRU I can understand where you are coming from but you have to remember TRU is first and foremost a business. From a business standpoint what makes more sense? Selling the figure for a profit or giving it away for free? The same thing happens every time TRU does a sale with a free figure. Be it a sports game or whatever type of game. You are acting like the figures and the games arrive together, are stored together, and then are released together. Which is not how it works. Usually the figures arrive in the stores before the game is released, of course they are going to try to sell them. It just doesnt make sense not to. And guess what? once the sale is over, they will go right back to charging for them.

Is the Robin DLC at Best Buy only for pre-orders? Or is it included if you buy it in store?

Only for pre orders. If you don't pre order then you'll have to wait and buy it on the 22nd of November
