So I owned a few already. Wonder Woman, Batman (grey suit) and Starman (both Ted and Jack Knight)...

I thought that would be enough for me... WRONG! This past week I have bought....

I love the Crime Syndicate... so I bought that!

Then I needed a Justice League to fight them... so I bought Superman, Flash...

Needed a Green Lantern so I bought the Green Lantern boxset...

I said why stop there? So I bought Aquaman and Martian manhunter to round out my classic Justice League team...

Found a Star Sapphire for $3.00 online...

Love the Toy Biz black Batman growing up so I bought that!

Decided I wanted to work on a Legion of Doom set... So I bought...
Sinestro (black variant) w/ Grundy part
Captain Cold
Cheetah (jump suit variant)
Riddler (jump suit variant)
Toyman

Now I have reached my spending limit on toys for the month... I still have a Doctor Who release to pictk up this month sometimes whenever it comes out...

but I am hooked! I can't stop...

Welcome aboard Van Statten! I'm glad you decided to take the plunge. I hope you enjoy it as much as most of us have. It's certainly in my top 3 all-time favorite toy lines.

It's always great to see new collectors jump into the line. It really helps subsidize it or everyone, and keeps the product moving.

Thanks! I wish they were more readily available, my stores lack them in stock... always have is why I never got into them much. I've been buying them online but my GOD are they pricey. Thankfully I don't desire all of them just certain ones and only a few BAFs. It's something to do in the downtime from Doctor Who figures. But I have sop much fun with them in the TARDIS playsets!

Welcome and good luck with the CnC pieces. That's really the hardest part about getting these figures.

I won't buy a figure unless it is packaged with the BAF I need. There's only a few BAFs I'm collecting. Some happen to be a pain.

Hey Van if you need any loose but mint figures from DCUC shoot me a PM I am selling most of mine except the Flash and Bats figures. I used to be a completist but the lack of head movement, rocker ankles and now not giving extra heads with the sub made me just pull out.

I'm going to be selling off most of mine too. I'm going to be compiling a list soon but in the mean time, PM for what you need and I can tell you if I have it.

So it has been a month since I started buying DC Universe Classics figures! For only have four figures before I started I think I have done rather well. Collecting just the characters I enjoy and appreciate.

viewtopic.php?f=29&t=22391&p=348685#p348685

Nowhere near as big as most of the collections here.... but not bad I think for only doing this for a month!

Yeah, I started with Wave 6 thinking I would only buy Marvel Family characters and Booster Gold. Now I have about 100 figures and have run out of shelf space.

Started out collecting the Batman family from DCSH and DCUC. After seeing the character selection that was coming, began to pick up wave after wave.

This is exactly how I started out. I thought I'd just buy the big guns. it was going to be 20-30 figures tops. I was kidding myself. First the Bat family. Then the JSA after I got them cheap. Then Green Lantern Classics arrived. Now I have 130 figures that cost who-knows-how-much money.

I've cut way back and have pretty much stayed away from Waves 18 through 20 though. I'm only getting Bronze Tiger, Stargirl, Sandman and Sinestro between those 3 waves. Still can't find Sandman. It feels good to cut back.
