I have no idea what it will be, so I am going to follow my usual route and just yell what I want.

* In fact, isn't the Silver Age Catwoman we have seen likely to be included?

As a matter of fact, I've already been to a couple of stores who've started to clearance the Batman Legacy singles. Granted, this could be a local/regional thing only applicable to my area. But if the line is done at retail, it would make sense for Mattel to try to "save" the last wave of singles as a 3-pack. Wave 3--> First Appearance Batman, GA Catwoman and SP Penguin. So my guess is that the Batman Legacy 3-pack will consist of: First Appearance Batman Golden Age Catwoman Super Powers Penguin Anyways... just stating things as I see them.

I can't see them doing that. They did one before it became DCUC in the old Superman line and it was an absolute pegwarmer. They even tried sending them to Big Lots and they sat forever.
At least that was the case in this area, so I can't see them reissuing it. Ricky's scenario seems more likely based on what we've seen so far.

Not really thrilled at the idea of a 3-pack because of the cost, but if it includes the Catwoman, I'd be in. I just don't want to pay for one new figure and two re-releases.

We had a Superman 6" line and a Batman 6" line that both ran at the same time and were then rolled into the DCUC line. But I will fully admit to not being an expert on the 6" figures.

But it was the Batman line from 2003 that morphed into DCSH after Mattel ran it into the ground.

Ah thanks for the clarification Mo. Still don't think a SP Brainiac is in the cards though. I really can't stress enough how many there were warming pegs down here for months and months and MONTHS. Brainiac, Scarecrow and Killer Croc were everywhere.

I don't think I ever saw a Brainiac on the pegs. I got mine at Target by asking an employee to check the back, and I never saw them again. Definitely a regional thing.

I thought I remember Mattel saying that they would re-release Brainiac at some point.

It would have to be one hell of a Catwoman to make me bite on a 3-pack that's got ol' Oswald in it. Not a huge fan of the GA or SA Catwomen. My fav is the purple costume with the ears from the 80's. Although Jim Lee's revamp version isn't bad either.

The only problem with a Silver Age Catwoman is that it would be slightly redundant if you have the DCD version. That figure may be barely half-articulated, but it is beautifully sculpted and scaled to fit very well with the other DCUC/DCSH/Batman Legacy figures. She looks great alongside 'Legacy Joker, wave 1 Penguin and wave 16 Riddler.
An 80s/90s Catwoman would be ideal, and ought to be achievable with just a new head sculpt.
