I received my set yesterday and was able to take a quick look at it this morning... AWESOME!!! Without going into quality (the paint apps look good except for one of Saturn Girl's eyebrows, but I only had a really quick look at the set), the set looks to be worth every bit of money I paid for it. The packaging is pretty amazing and it does make you want to keep them MIB, but as soon as I figure out where to put them, it's gone! The worst thing about the set are things we have already seen. I love the 4HM, but open-mouthed or smiling head sculpts are not their strong point (look at Wv19 Stargirl ). I think going the extra mile to do individual teeth is what seals the creepiness of said figures. Oh, and one other issue. My Legion Flight Ring is all gold; no black bits at all. anyone else have a ring like this? It's far from a deal breaker, especially since I have three LOSH rings coming from DC and their promotion, but I thought it was odd. I hope this gets offered again for those that missed it; it is truly a great set for Legion fans. I also hope we get a shot at a second set, which would go a long way to really filling out the team. It will also probably sell out even faster than the first set, if secondary market values on this set hold up

Got mine yesterday. With all my figures, I bust them out of the package right away. With this set I haven't been able to do it YET. The whole package and figures is a thing of beauty. I've been sitting here just staring at it.
My ring is also all gold, but not an issue with me. Superboy's smile is the worst thing about the set. Never accentuate individual teeth, it will always look wrong. My only complaint which was shared by my 9 year old, Invisible Kid should have been made in clear plastic. I tried explaining the joke to my son and he just kept looking at me like I was an idiot.
Can't wait to add more to the group.

The packaging is so great that I would have a hard time getting rid of it. It reminds of the BTAS boxed set of villains from the late 90's. I love how much thought and creativity went into the package.

Toy Biz actually made an Invisible Woman that was transparent back in the mid 90's.
If they made a figure of Invisible Kid, would you really want him to be transparent, or to look like he does normally?
And do you want Lyle Norg or Jaques Foccart?

I noticed the LOSH set in the background on tonight's Big Bang Theory. Near the beginning of the episode while they are in the comic book store.

Yeah, I saw that. I was the one in my living room saying "Look at that!" every time it showed and when people looked up, the camera was no longer pointing to it.

And do you want Lyle Norg or Jaques Foccart? To be in the same formation of the LOSH set it must be Jaques Foccart. It would be cool Mattel make the figure half transparent, like toy biz made the movie Invisible Woman

I noticed on Big Bang Theory last night, that the comic store had the Box set "unrolled" on a shelf in the back ground

Somebody didn't read the thread before they posted. I was very excited to see it on the show. Some much so that I paused it and unrolled mine to make sure it matched up! As a Marvel fan, however, I'm a little annoyed at the DC bias in their comic store. Sticking a few Iron Man or Spidey's in the background now and then wouldn't hurt.
