My slime Blower Ray came with a disconnected foot. Anyone dealt with Matty CS can give me a heads up on what kind of experience I can expect?

I've returned a couple of things without any problem. Digital River even paid for return shipping.
You will have to send the broken figure back first, and it might take a couple of weeks before you get the new figure, so you have to be patient.

I've called them up before to ask questions. The rep was REALLY nice. I was pleased. Sorry about your figure. I hope they take care of that. Please keep us updated.

I bought the JLU 3-packs and they came squashed. I called them and they sent new ones. I did not even return the old ones. So I got a pretty good deal.

yeah, my labcoat egon came with a huge smudge on his face which isnt a fixable problem for moc collectors. after a few calls back and forth, they just sent me a new one and said "destroy the old one".
