The choices other people are making. How diverse the lists have gotten over the years. How certain characters are on "everyone's" list and others are only on one. Etcetera...

Stanley and his Monster! what a great idea Jim.
Add to that a Sugar and Spike 2pack, maybe some Wolverton inspired, Plop-based figures, and a Brother Power and you've got Gold there man!

Is there going to be a master list update added to the first post at some point, it would make it much easier to follow along and see if there really are any "dominant" character demands.

Well, I was really going for the "Spot" from Kevin Smith's GA run more than the "classic" one but I'll take either.

"huntress" may seem like a natural for a high rank, if you start breaking it down by which version/costume people are asking for, you'll see her votes are quite fractured and might knock her farther down the list than expected.

This is where things like this wish list could be a the greatest use for a manufacturer I would think.

If you see that "huntress" has 100 votes to everyone else's 10 votes, you "know" that "huntress" is a high demand figure that "everyone" wants. Looking deeper you see that her 1st appearance costume got 20% of the vote, her "BoP" costume got 55% of the vote, and the villain "huntress" got the other 25% of the vote you (the manufacturer) could further extrapolate that if you offer the "BoP" version, with a "villain" variant, you could hit the majority of the audience. Conversely, if you just read that "everyone" wants "huntress" and only make the "1st appearance" version, you'll target a very small percentage of the market and then scratch your head wondering why such a "highly demanded figure" didn't sell out (blaming the fans for being loud but not numerous in the process

).

On the surface, we're all just having fun here, and at some point we will see some "majority votes" rise to the top, but if an exec really wanted to EARN his pay, there is a plethora of research being conducted here for them just waiting to be implemented properly.

I would think anyway.
